Return & Refund

Our return policies differ depending on the product category, so we ask that you double-check your orders to determine which category they are in.

For Meesho Products
No return or replacement is acceptable except the manufacturing defect.

For Amazon, Myntra and Pacfo Products:

From the date of delivery, you have 7 calendar days to return an item.

Send a copy of the invoice along with a return request to customercare@pacfo.com.

Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order for you to be able to return it.

To prevent damage during transit, it should be in its original packing or be well packed.

We will let you know when your return item has been received and inspected, as well as if your refund has been approved or denied.

We will start the refund process and repay the original payment method within 7-8 business days if the refund is approved.

If there is an error in manufacturing in the product that Pacfo supplies, Pacfo will replace it.

Cancellation:

No requests for cancellation after the order has been dispatched will be accepted. Within the next seven to eight business days, the full refund of the canceled items will be completed, excluding any applicable transaction fees.

Do Not Accept Damaged / Defective Goods Delivery:

  • We follow strict control measures and pre-shipment verification procedures as a packaging solutions provider. We will only validate the claim or refuse the consignment if a product is damaged during freight carrier delivery to you and you can document the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  • Alternatively, send the unboxing video to customercare@pacfo.com, and we will submit a claim on your behalf and replace the damaged items.
  • In order to handle your claim for any defective products, please email us the appropriate images, videos, and information about the order, the type of defect, and the quantity to customercare@pacfo.com. You can also call our customer service number, 7303397650. As soon as we have notification, we will begin the replacement.
